Lotus Leaf Whole Grain Porridge
1.
Step 1: Take an appropriate amount of dried lotus leaves and tear them into small pieces!
2.
Step 2: Pour half of the pot of water into the pot and add the lotus leaves! (If you want to drink thicker porridge, pour less water, if you want to drink thinner, pour more water!)
3.
Step 3: After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and slowly cook until the color changes from lighter to darker (the shade of the same color can be controlled according to the length of cooking time! I like it darker so it takes longer to cook!)
4.
Step 4: Take out the lotus leaves in the boiled lotus leaf water! (Don’t waste the lotus leaves you took out~ You can continue to make tea and drink it~ or dry it~ When the spices are used! Put it in when you roast the meat. greasy!)
5.
Step 5: Pour the cleaned miscellaneous grains into the boiled lotus leaf water! Turn to a low heat and cook slowly! But be sure to keep stirring while cooking ~ otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pot!
6.
Cook until the millet is like this, and the rice is just popped~ The most difficult thing to cook in this is barley! As long as the barley is cooked~ this pot of porridge can be considered ready!
Tips:
(It is especially important to note that the barley must be soaked in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to cook!) You can also put the lotus leaf porridge in the refrigerator for a while before eating, it will be cold! If you like sweetness, just wait for the porridge to cool and put some honey on it! It's delicious too! But remember to wait until the porridge is completely cool before putting the honey, otherwise the nutrition in the honey will be destroyed!
