Lotus Leaf Winter Melon Fish Soup

Soak Chixiaodou, lotus seeds and tangerine peel with water;

Wash the wax gourd, remove the seeds, and cut into a hob shape with the skin;

Marinate the fish pieces with ginger and salt, then fry them in a frying pan;

Pour in boiling water and boil again;
5.
Then transfer the fish soup to the rice cooker, add winter melon, lotus seeds, red bean, tangerine peel, and fresh lotus leaves that have been washed and torn into pieces;
6.
After boiling for about an hour and a half, add salt to taste!
