Lotus Paste Moon Cake

1. Add invert syrup to liquid soap and stir well.

2. Add corn oil and mix well.

3. Sift in the all-purpose flour, grab it with your hands, and cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand for about 1 hour. The lotus paste filling is divided into 46 grams each, and the dough is divided into 19 grams each and rounded for later use.

4. Flatten the dough first, then slowly push it up with the tiger’s mouth, wrap the lotus paste filling, press the moon cake flower slices into the moon cake mold, sprinkle a little flour, press out the moon cake pattern, and place it on a non-stick baking tray on.

5. Spray a small amount of clean water.

6. Preheat the oven, fire up and down, middle level, 190 degrees, bake for 5 minutes.

7. Take out and brush the whole egg liquid, as long as the egg liquid is thin.

8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
