Lotus Root Cuttlefish Big Bone Soup

Lift the dried cuttlefish to soak hair, wash and set aside; peel the lotus root and carrot separately, wash, cut into large pieces, and set aside. Wash the pig bones, soak them in boiling water for a while, remove the blood, remove and wash, and set aside.
