Lotus Root Osmanthus Sugar Cake

Prepare materials

Weigh glutinous rice flour, lotus root flour, sugar, and mix the ingredients

Mix with water to form a soft and hard glutinous rice ball

Peel the lotus root, cut into thin slices, put it in a pot of sugar water and cook for 90 minutes until soft and waxy

Prepare a square box or mold, divide the glutinous rice ball into two, and spread half of it on the bottom layer
