Lotus Root Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the sub-rows and blanch them to remove bubbles. Pick up and rinse with cold water. Cut the lotus root.

Half a pot with water in the pressure cooker. Add ginger, garlic, cooking wine, salt, chicken broth, and then pour the ribs and lotus root. Cover and boil for 10 minutes

Turn off the heat after 10 minutes and serve
