Lotus Seed Turtle Ling Paste

Pour the Guiling paste powder into the container

Add 150ml of cold boiled water to adjust to a uniform and grainless paste

Pour 550 ml of water into the milk pan, boil it, and pour the Guiling paste into it

Take a pair of chopsticks and mix well and cook for 3 minutes.

Remove the foam on the surface, pour the tortoiseshell paste into a container and let cool and put it in the refrigerator

Pour 300ml of water into the milk pan, pour in the lotus seeds, add 30 grams of sugar and cook until the lotus seeds are soft and waxy

Take out the Guiling paste from the refrigerator and cut into small pieces

Put the Guiling paste into the container, add lotus seeds, add condensed milk and enjoy
Tips:
1. Guiling paste can be made into a paste with clean water or cold boiled water;
2. Pour the tortoise ling paste into the boiled water and stir constantly to prevent the tortoise ling paste from getting a mass;
3. You can eat the cold Guiling paste directly or put it in the refrigerator before eating.
