Love Brownie

Take a small pot, boil water, stop the fire, put the chocolate and butter in a bowl, and put it in hot water to melt;

Pour the white sugar into the chocolate butter, stir and melt;

Beat 3 eggs, beat them up, add milk while beating;

Take out the previously melted chocolate butter, cool it down until it is not hot, add the beaten egg liquid, and stir evenly;

Sift all the flour together, cut and mix evenly (if the weather is cold, the chocolate hardens too fast, you can cut and mix in hot water);

Pour the well-mixed brownie batter into a mold, sprinkle peeled and half-peeled peanuts on the surface, place it in a baking tray, and pour 1cm high hot water into the baking tray, push it into the oven over water, and fire 180 Degree, bake for 20 minutes;

Bake out, let cool, and cut into thick slices.
Tips:
1. Chocolate brownie can choose the nuts you like, such as walnuts, almonds, almonds..., this time I used peanuts because there are just a lot of peanuts left at home, so I don’t want to waste it^_^;
2. Personally, I don't like to eat too sweet things, so the amount of sugar is not a lot. Those who like sweets can increase the amount of sugar appropriately according to their own taste.
