Cut the chicken offal into fine pieces, or into small flowers, and add a small amount of bayberry wine to remove the fishy taste.

Dried radishes are soaked in water and squeeze out the water.

Shred the pepper, smash the garlic, and cut the ginger into shreds

Add oil in the hot pan, and stir fry all but the chicken offal.

After the stir-fry, add the chicken offal, continue to stir-fry on high heat, add an appropriate amount of white vinegar (if the pepper is sour, don't use it)

Stir-fry until nine layers are cooked, add a little soy sauce and stir-fry it.
