Loving Donkey Rolling
1.
There is no ready-made soybean flour at home, but there are a lot of soybeans. Today's soybean flour is homemade, clean, hygienic, and convenient. First pick out the rotten beans, and wash the good beans with clean water to remove the dust.
2.
Turn on a low heat, put the washed beans in an iron pan and fry them. Be sure to stir fry constantly, so that they can be heated evenly and won't be mushy. The time of stir-frying is determined according to your own taste, and those who like to eat focus can stir-fry for a while.
3.
Are the fried soybeans cute? Like quail eggs, haha.
4.
Wait for the soybeans to cool down and start preparing other ingredients. Take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and put it into a clean container. Don’t need too much, glutinous rice products are very filling. It’s best to make the amount that can be eaten at a time.
5.
Add appropriate amount of cold water and mix it into the state as shown in the picture, because it will be steamed in the pot later, don't put too much water, otherwise it will be very sticky and difficult to handle.
6.
Put it on the pot and steam it, huh...
7.
When steaming glutinous rice flour, prepare soybean flour. The cooking machine at home has never been used much. Today, I just tried to make soybean flour. Put the soy beans into the meat grinder first, and turn on the first gear after the lid is closed.
8.
If you like to eat more delicate, you can adjust the stall and time. If you don't have tools to make flour, it is best to buy ready-made soybean flour.
9.
Sprinkle a layer of soybean flour on the silicone mat, and roll the steamed glutinous rice into a shape of uniform thickness while it is hot. Get it while it's hot.
10.
Spread the red bean paste evenly on the glutinous rice cake crust, roll into long strips, and cut into pieces. I forgot to take a photo in the last step. This is the final product.
11.
The bean paste is too dry and unevenly spread, and the cut is not good.
Tips:
It’s best to make the bean paste homemade, with a moderate amount of water. The one I bought was too thick and too dry to wipe off at all. The last two hands caught it everywhere, and the glutinous rice skin was made with two holes, resulting in the final product. The incision is particularly uneven and unsightly.
