Luo Han Guo Herbal Tea

Wash the chrysanthemum honeysuckle soak. (All materials are grabbed by hand at will.)

Chicken bone grass, Lysimachia, pale bamboo leaves, Prunella vulgaris (forgot, I put it later.) Wash.

Wash Luo Han Guo. (Mohan Guo should be intact and not cracked.)

Break the Luo Han Guo, peel small pieces, and put it in the soup pot.

Wash other materials and put them in a soup pot.

Bring to a high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 45 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

To clear away heat, reduce phlegm and relieve cough. Both hot and cold drinks are suitable.
Tips:
Luo Han Guo itself is very sweet, no need to add sugar. If you eat it sweet, you can put rock sugar in it and cook it together.
