Luo Han Guo Tremella Soup

Soak the white fungus in water in advance

Cut the Luo Han Guo, dig out the seeds in the middle and set aside

Put seven or eight minutes full of water in the pot, and put the Luo Han Guo seeds into the pot

Add rock sugar

Cover the pot and bring to a boil

After the water is boiled, turn to medium and low heat and continue to cook for about 20 minutes (to prevent overflowing, the lid can be opened slightly)

After boiling for 20 minutes, remove the Luo Han Guo seeds

Remove the stalks of the soaked white fungus, wash, and tear into small flowers

Pour the white fungus into the cooked Luo Han Guo water

Continue to boil on high heat

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer slowly for about 1 hour to turn off the heat

Tips:
1. Luo Han Guo has a sweet taste, if you don't like it too sweet, the amount of rock sugar can be reduced appropriately;
2. The longer the white fungus is simmered, the more viscous it will become. Please use a spoon to stir a few times to avoid sticking to the pan.
