Luo Han Zhai

Clean the fungus after soaking, and cut into sections for use after soaking with bamboo.

The cabbage is well picked and clean.

Then join Fu Zhu.

Add appropriate amount of water and continue to fry.

After softening the fungus and Fu Zhu, add cabbage and stir fry.
