Luoshen Chrysanthemum Tea
1.
Take out the roselle, chrysanthemum and wolfberry, and rinse with cold water.
2.
Put the flowers and fruits in a tea set, pour them into boiling water that has been allowed to dry to 80 degrees, and let them stand for 5 minutes until the color and aroma come out. You can drink it.
Tips:
The water temperature of the scented tea should not exceed 90 degrees, otherwise the fragrance and nutrition will be compromised. Those who like sweetness can add some rock sugar or honey.
