Luscious and Sweet---tangerine Peel and Red Bean Soup

Wash the red beans and soak overnight; soak the tangerine peels in warm water, and scrape off the white flesh with a knife.

Put enough water in the pot to boil, and put the red beans and tangerine peel in the pot.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium and low heat and cook for about 1 hour, and cook until the red beans are sandy.

Add rock sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves.
