Lychee and Ebony Syrup

Prepare the materials.

Peel the lychee and remove the pit, soak the meat in salt water first;

Put the ebony and cinnamon in the pot first, add 4 bowls of water, boil and turn to low heat for half an hour;

Then remove the lychees, put them into the pot with the rock sugar, boil and stir until the rock sugar melts.
