Milky Red Bean Lychee Taro Sweet Soup

Wash taro roots, wash red beans, peel off fresh lychees

Cut the taro into small pieces, prepare pure milk and honey

Add red beans and lychees into the Hygge enamel pot of Joyoung Light Luxury Pie series, and pour water

Cover and bring to a boil and turn to low heat

Cook until the red beans are cooked but still distinct. Open the lid and turn to medium heat. Pour the taro to a boil. Cover and turn to low heat for about 15 minutes until the taro is soft.

Turn off the heat and pour in pure milk and mix well

Add honey to taste according to your own taste

Tips:
1. Use this pot for cooking, and keep cooking on a low fire after heating. It is best to soak the red beans for 2 hours in advance to reduce the cooking time.
2. Fresh lychees have a sweet taste, taste the taste before adding honey and then adjust it.
