Macaroni with Tuna

Prepare the ingredients, the little tomato forgot to be in the mirror 😄

After the water is boiled, cook the macaroni (for three persons) with a spoonful of salt and cook for 8-10 minutes.

When cooking the noodles, cut the fish into cubes, cut the tomatoes in half and set aside, mince garlic, mince basil, and cut artichokes into small pieces

Add oil to the pot and garlic basil until fragrant

Add small tomatoes and artichokes and stir fry until the tomatoes are soft

Add tuna

After the tuna is fried and changed color, add a small spoonful of salt to the white wine macaroni and mix well (the salt has been added when cooking the noodles, so add a little salt here to make the fish taste ok)

Finally add the remaining basil and black pepper, mix well
