Kimchi Tuna Fried Rice

The weight of the ingredients is just for reference. When you stir fry, everything is free!

This is all the ingredients~ People who don’t like carrots can leave them alone. You can use corn kernels instead.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and carrots and stir fry for a while,
Cover the pot and simmer for a while. The carrots are soft and delicious.

Pour in kimchi and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Pour in the diced sausage and tuna and stir fry evenly.

Pour in rice and a large spoonful of Korean hot sauce. The amount of hot sauce is according to personal taste.

Remember to stir-fry with rice overnight. When you stir-fry, remember to cook at medium to low heat. Stir-fry the rice without lumps.

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and seaweed, and finally add a soft-boiled egg to eat together

Tips:
Tuna and kimchi really go well! ! Of course I also tried pork tenderloin, and they were all great. I use a non-stick pan. If your pan is a bit sticky, add a little more oil.
