Mackerel

Wash the mackerel, cut diagonally into pieces, and drain the water with kitchen paper.

Put the processed mackerel fillets in a bowl, add light soy sauce, honey, mustard sauce and rum, stir well, and marinate for 10-15 minutes for later use.

Dip the marinated mackerel fillets with egg liquid and breadcrumbs and set aside.

Pick up the frying pan, heat the frying pan and fry the mackerel flakes one by one until they are golden brown. The time should not be too long. After the frying is done to control the oil and fish out, eat it while it is hot!
