Mackerel in Tomato Sauce

1. The fish is gutted, washed, turned off, and marinated in salt for ten minutes.

2. Mince garlic and dice tomatoes

3. Put some oil in the nonstick pan to heat up

4. Put the fish in and fry

5. Fry until slightly yellow on both sides.
