Mai Li Su Glutinous Rice Cake

Prepare glutinous rice flour and Melisu milk

Milk is added to glutinous rice flour.

Make a dough and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Make the dough into a uniformly sized dough.

Flatten the noodles and add Melisol.

Close your mouth from bottom to top.

Wrap Melisu in the dough and place it on a plate.

Wrap them in order and put them on the tray.

Steam the plate in an electric steamer for 20 minutes.

Cover with breadcrumbs while hot.

Tips:
1. The steaming time depends on the specific situation, and the cooked ingredients are the standard.
2. When the glutinous rice cakes are not covered with bread crumbs after cooling, you can pat the glutinous rice cakes with a little cold water and then dip them.
3. Finally, you can use shredded coconut. My diners don’t like shredded coconut, so I switch to breadcrumbs.
