Make Delicate Red Bean Paste at Home, A Must for Dorayaki

Wash the red beans with water and soak for 2 hours. If it can be prepared a day in advance, it is better to soak it with water. If it is summer, put it in the refrigerator and soak it overnight. This is easy to boil, saving a lot of later time.

Soak the beans, cook for 40-60 minutes, turn off the heat when the sand is out, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Using my juicer, you can easily make bean paste. (Just add the red bean water for boiled beans, so that the flavor will be stronger)

The beaten bean paste is already very delicate, but it has a lot of moisture.

Stir-fry continuously in a non-stick pan, add white sugar, and fry until the moisture becomes less and it becomes sticky. (Taste the taste, add more sugar if it is too light)

The fried bean paste can be used for dorayaki, bean buns, or bread filling.
