Make Stinky Tofu at Home
1.
Put one tablespoon of shrimp paste in a large container and stir well with warm water. Cut a small piece of tofu into a bowl and ferment at room temperature for two days. (There is no smell, at one time I doubted whether this recipe was successful)
2.
The tofu was cut into pieces of the right size. I just started slicing and then changed it to cubes, so that the finished product has some of these and some of them. Put it into the fermented brine and leave it at room temperature for one day
3.
Remove the soaked tofu, drain the water, and fry in a frying pan over low heat until golden.
4.
The ingredients in the ingredient list are mixed, and Meimei can enjoy the assured stinky tofu without losing the taste of the outside sellers.
5.
Even the husband who doesn’t eat snacks secretly tasted two pieces. If it weren’t for being driven away, I wouldn’t have enough to eat. In the end, the seasoning was eaten cleanly with rice, and the things I made were clean. Don’t worry.
