Mango Black Glutinous Rice

1. Wash the blood glutinous rice. Soak in water for more than 4 hours (it is recommended to soak overnight in refrigeration).

2. Add water to the soaked blood glutinous rice and put it in a small pot.

3. Put it on the fire, after the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and cook until it is soft and thick. Then add condensed milk and white sugar and mix well.

4. After mixing the blood glutinous rice, dig out a small ball and put it in a bowl.

5. Cut the mango to remove the pulp.

6. Place the mango flesh around the blood glutinous rice.

7. Drizzle with coconut milk.

8. Sprinkle with minced coconut or garnish with mango flesh.
