Mango Black Glutinous Rice Sweet and Sweet

1. Thai black glutinous rice bought online

2. Soak for 2 hours in advance, clean and then soak

3. I use the soaking water to cook the rice directly, slightly more than usual for cooking rice

4. This is cooked glutinous rice

5. Add sugar while it's hot and mix well

7. Cut the mango flesh into small pieces

8. Prepared coconut milk and coconut milk

10. Put a fresh-keeping bag on your hand and take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice

Tips:

I added coconut milk, which is sweet, so I didn’t add sugar in the coconut milk!
If it’s summer, you don’t need to heat the coconut milk, it will taste better if it is put in the refrigerator for a while!
