Mango Coconut Milk Sago
1.
The materials are ready.
2.
Put water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the sago to boil. Change the heat to medium and low and cook for about 15 minutes. Stir continuously to prevent the sago from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Turn off the heat, simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, rinse with water to wash away the mucus, and soak in cold water. (If there is still white core in it, you can put it in the pot and cook again until it is transparent.)
3.
The sago washed again is filtered to remove water. (If you want to eat iced, you can add a layer of plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a while)
4.
Peel and core the mangoes, cut out the diced mangoes, and put them in a small bowl.
5.
Put the sago into the bottom of the cup, add an appropriate amount of white sugar, add coconut milk, and mix well.
6.
Finally, add the diced mango.
7.
Finished product. It tastes good, enjoy it!
