Mango Crisp

Thaw the tart crust in advance.

Add the mango flesh.
3.
Fold it in half and put it in a baking tray. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
4.
Peel the shell and brush with liquid egg yolk.
5.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds in the oven and continue to bake for ten minutes.
