Mango Milk Pudding
1.
This time I chose Xiaotaimango, which is just right to eat this season, and I think Xiaotaimango is the best mango.
2.
Wash the mangoes and the container. I prepared a glass crisper and a small pudding cup, which happened to be filled with ingredients.
3.
Cut the mango and cut the pulp into small cubes.
4.
Put a lot of pulp, and the ones sold outside will definitely not give you so much pulp.
5.
Doesn't it look attractive?
6.
Soak the gelatin sheet in cold water for 1-2 minutes to soften.
7.
Pour milk into a small saucepan, add sugar and soaked gelatine flakes, stir on low heat until all is melted.
8.
Pour the milk into the container and stir it.
9.
Cover it and put it in the refrigerated layer of the refrigerator, not frozen.
10.
Take it out after 2 hours. I forgot to take a picture before eating. How delicious is this?๐
11.
Look tempting, can't help but eat it.
Tips:
If you donโt like the fruit pulp, you can also use a food processor to break the mango pulp and milk. The steps are the same.
