Mango Toast Roll with Mango Milkshake

Use a peeling knife to peel the small mango, slice the pulp, and cut into strips about 1.5~2cm in thickness. Don't lose the leftovers, and make a milkshake later.

Cut off the harder parts of the toast slice.

Use a rolling pin to roll out the toast slices thinly.

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Take a mango stick and place it on one end of the toast slice and roll it up.

The rolled toast rolls are rolled into the egg liquid to make it absorb the egg liquid.

Brush the pan with a little oil, heat it on a low heat, add to the toast roll, fry until golden on both sides, and then come out of the pan.

Put the mango trimmings and the remaining pulp into the juicer cup.

Pour the milk, being careful not to fill it too much.

Whipped finely into a milkshake.

Tips:
1 Fruits can be replaced by what you like. I have also made banana rolls.
2 This time the mango is very sweet, so I don’t add any sugar. If the fruit is not too sweet or sweet, you can add sugar or honey to the egg and milk.
