Mango Pudding
1.
Prepare the ingredients, mix the white sugar and the Fusu pudding powder;
2.
Bring the water to a boil, pour in the mixed white sugar and pudding powder;
3.
Cook on low heat for 3 minutes, stirring while cooking;
4.
Pour in the thick mango pulp of Fusu;
5.
Stir evenly;
6.
Remove from heat, sieve, pour into molds, and refrigerate after cooling. (Use an ordinary filter for sieving, mainly to filter out the bubbles on the top. If there is no sieving, there will be many bubbles on the top of the pudding after solidification, which will affect the appearance)
Tips:
Friends who will enjoy it can put some mango diced or watermelon diced on top of the pudding, and then take photos and send it to the circle of friends. Like many mango controllers in my circle of friends, there are also many people who like to eat mangoes. Anyway, it must have a strong mango flavor, so I used this Fusu Mango Concentrate. For the pudding powder, I have always used this kind. I am used to it. Anyway, I can buy it together, which is convenient.
