Mango Soy Milk

Dried soybeans are soaked in the evening and can be used the next morning (6-8 hours);

Wash the soaked soybeans twice, then put them in a pot with 800ml of water and bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium heat and cook for 20 minutes;

When it is almost cooked, put down the rock sugar and boil it (about 450ml of water after cooking);

Mango peeled, cored and cut into pieces;

Soybeans and water are allowed to cool, then put in mango pulp and mix;

Use a large spoon to scoop the mango, soybeans, and water into the juicer, grind and scoop at the same time;

The mango soy milk is in the cup when it is ground and poured;

Use a large spoon to compact the toast and use a round utensil to press out the round pieces;

For the unpressed toast, dig the corresponding hole, roll the compacted round toast slice into a flower shape and insert it into the hole;

The bread is coated with jam, and mango soy milk is added for a nutritious breakfast.
Tips:
1. Rock sugar can be added or not, as you like.
2. This type of soy milk is not suitable for soymilk machine, because soymilk machine needs to be heated to boil, and fruit is not suitable for heating.
3. Note again that the boiled soybean water is 450ml.
