Mango Sticky Rice Cake

Ingredients are weighed and reserved

Put glutinous rice flour, corn starch, and powdered sugar in a large bowl and mix well

Tips:
1. It is best to dig the fruit into balls with a ball digger. I have no experience in making it for the first time. Fruits with edges and corners are not easy to round;
2. The steaming time depends on the actual situation of the dough.
