Mango Sticky Rice Cake

Prepare 150 grams of glutinous rice flour, 20 grams of milk powder, and 40 grams of sugar.

I use this brand of milk powder or pure milk.

Add water and stir until the paste is not too thin, otherwise it is unsuccessful, and the water should not be too little or too hard. When stirring as shown in the picture, it is enough to leave chopsticks stirring marks, and then steam for 15-20 minutes in the pot.

After steaming, take it out and let it dry. You can start making it when it's warm.
