Mantou Pizza
1.
My third aunt brought us three big buns steamed in a big firewood pot in the countryside. One steamed bun is enough for our family of three to eat one meal.
2.
On a whim, I decided to make pizza with steamed buns. Sliced steamed buns, about 7-8 mm thick.
3.
Prepare pizza ingredients. I didn't specially prepare it. I used all the ingredients available at home: ham, homemade crispy sausage, corn kernels, hot peppers, and peas.
4.
Spread pizza sauce on the bun slices.
5.
Place chili rings, peas, and corn kernels.
6.
Put the ham on it.
7.
Add shredded cheese.
8.
Made a slice of sausage with crispy skin.
9.
Add peas, corn, chili, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
10.
They are all done and placed in a non-stick baking pan.
11.
The oven is preheated in advance, I used the heat 200 degrees, the lower heat 180 degrees, the middle layer of the baking tray, bake for 10 minutes and then turn off the lower heat (the steamed buns themselves are cooked, I am afraid that the steamed buns will be too dry and hard to bake under the fire for too long. ), and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
12.
Children like to eat cheese with a little burnt fragrant. So it’s older.
13.
In the finished product, the bottom of the steamed bread is slightly burnt and crisp, not hard.
14.
This is a crispy intestine. The child thinks that there is fat in the crispy intestine. I don't eat it. It's my responsibility. It just happens to be close to the outside of the oven.

The drawing is ok.
