Sweet-scented Osmanthus Buns

Cut the steamed bun into hob pieces,

Heat oil (boil the oil to a high temperature), put the steamed buns in, and you can pick them up in a few seconds. (The surface is slightly yellow, don’t fry until it is completely golden, so the fish will be a little burnt)

Put it on absorbent paper, the color will darken after a while. When eating, you can drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh osmanthus. (If you don’t have fresh osmanthus, you can just pour it with sugar.)
Tips:
The oil temperature should be high. If the oil temperature is low, the fried steamed buns will absorb a lot of oil and will not taste good.
