Mapo Minced Pork and Cabbage

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage (cleaned and cut), minced meat, Mapo tofu seasoning

Unpack the Mapo tofu seasoning and pour it into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly, set aside.

Boil the chopped cabbage in a pot of clear water until cooked and remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the minced meat, and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Then, stir-fry the blanched cabbage.

Then, add the mapo tofu seasoning and stir well, and serve.
