Mapo tofu is one of the most local specialties. This dish has the unique flavor of hemp, spicy, hot, tender, crisp, fragrant and fresh. It is a popular dish that can be prepared quickly, conveniently and easily at home.

Ingredients

Mapo Tofu

1. Prepare materials.

2. Stir the seasoning of Mapo tofu with warm water and set aside

3. Cut the tofu into small pieces, put it in boiling water, turn to a low heat, add salt, remove the tofu pieces before boiling and set aside. Stir-fry the minced meat.

4. Add olive oil to the pan and fry the minced meat.

5. Add the diced tofu and the sauce of Mapo tofu and bring to a simmer on a low fire. Then the sauce will be collected on a high fire. (You can also use starchy 芶芡).

6. Sprinkle with chopped chives ~ drizzle with sesame oil.
