Salted Egg Yolk Tofu Soup

Steam the egg yolk for 15 minutes (how much egg yolk depends on the size and preference, I control the egg yolk, 4 decisively)

Crush it with a spoon after cooling

Cut tofu into small pieces of 1 cm, put in boiling water, add 1 g of salt, soak for 5 minutes

Diced sausage, shredded crab sticks

Put a small amount of oil in the pot and fry the egg yolk until frothy

Add sausage and crab meat and mix well

Add the broth and cook until slightly boiled (I didn't have the broth, I added hot water, and used a small pack of 11 grams of Shi Yunsheng broth)

Add tofu, boil slightly after boiling, add salt according to your taste, you can also add some white pepper, and finally thicken the starch with a little water

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve on a plate
Tips:
1. Soaking tofu in boiling water is for setting the shape, so as not to loose the tofu;
2. After adding the broth to the pot, cook it on a low heat until slightly boiled.
