Mapo Tofu

Heat the frying pan, add the minced meat and fry until fragrant.

Add small garlic and cook together, then add a tablespoon of Shaanxi hot pepper. Cover the pot and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Shaanxi hot pepper is slightly numb and spicy, which is better for those of us who don’t know how to eat spicy, but the color is different. Very bright red
