Mapo Tofu

Cut south tofu into small pieces.

Put the southern tofu into the pot, add water and a spoonful of salt, and remove after the water is boiled.

Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Heat the oil in the pot, pour the bean paste and fry it slightly, add the onion, ginger, and minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in half a bowl of water and bring to the boil.

When the water is boiled, pour in the southern tofu, stir gently, and add light soy sauce to taste.

Thicken and collect juice.
7.
Sprinkle with sesame pepper noodles.
8.
Platter.
