Mapo Tofu

Slice the tenderloin and chop for later use.

Cut the water tofu into small pieces and blanch it.

Stir-fry the minced meat in a hot pan.

Add two tablespoons of bean paste and stir well.

Add water and boil.

Pour in tofu and simmer for two to three minutes.

A little chicken essence for seasoning, salt can be tested for saltiness to see if it needs to be added.

Hook a little cornstarch water.
9.
Just sprinkle a little chopped green onion before serving.
