Head Bean Soup

Wash the fish head, cut the green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut the tofu into pieces

Add ginger, salt, cooking wine and marinate for 5 minutes

Add oil to the pot, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, turn to low heat, and fry the fish head in the pot until both sides are slightly yellow

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, cover the pot, and simmer.

Wait for the soup in the pot to boil until white, pour the cut tofu into the pot, continue to cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, put the pot into a bowl.
Tips:
When frying the fish, use a low heat and don't stir it frequently. When adding water to boil the fish, cook for more time until the soup becomes milky white. Be sure to add green onions to enhance the flavor.
