Mapo Tofu

Buy water tofu and cut into square shapes, soak in cold water; chop the pork into minced meat, marinate in soy sauce, cooking wine, and pepper for more than 10 minutes; chop the chili and set aside.

Heat the pan with oil, pour in the minced meat and stir-fry, add the bean paste and fry until it tastes; add a bowl of water and heat it to a boil, then pour in the tofu, cover the pot for five minutes until it tastes.

Open the lid, add water starch mixed with water, mix well, and then serve!
