I bought a few chicken wing roots. I originally wanted to roast them, but the old ones are easy to get angry. I changed them to marinade. The marinade is also very fragrant. It is very good to use as a snack or as a drink.

Marinated Chicken Wing Root

1. Get ready to wash the chicken wings and roots

2. Add right amount of water to the pot

3. Add chicken wings root

4. Add the old braised soup

5. Add soy sauce, cooking wine and pepper

6. Boil for 15 minutes

7. After turning off the heat, let the meat soak for more flavor

8. Remove the roots of chicken wings

Tips:

1. Prepare the marinade by yourself, usually add soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, star anise, pepper, pepper, bay leaf, cinnamon, etc.;
2. Store the marinated soup in the refrigerator, and reuse it to become the old marinated soup. After marinating, soak it for a more delicious taste.
