Marinated Pig Heart

Cut the bought pig heart from the middle and clean the blood clots inside;

Soak the pig's heart in cold water for 2 hours;

Put cold water in the wok, put the soaked pork heart in, blanch it and remove it;

Put the blanched pig heart into an electric pressure cooker, pour 80 ml of brine juice, and then add 80 ml of warm water;

Put 3 slices of ginger, close the lid of the pressure cooker, and simmer for 30 minutes. After the simmering time is complete, soak in the pot for more than 2 hours;

The soaked pig heart is more flavorful and sliced with an oblique knife;
7.
Serve it on a plate and use it directly or eat it with sauce (dipping sauce: light soy sauce + aged vinegar + chili oil blend).
