It’s a habit in my family to have a meal with a bowl of soup. The weather is hot, so light soup is more suitable.

Mushroom Stewed Liver Heart Soup

1. Slice the pork liver and marinate in cooking wine for half an hour

2. Slice the pig's heart and marinate in cooking wine for half an hour

3. Slice the lean meat and marinate in cooking wine for half an hour

4. Prepare hot water and blanch the pig's heart for later use

5. Prepare hot water and blanch the liver for later use
