Stewed Heart and Lung Soup

I bought one for the heart and one for the lung.

Washing——Connect the hose to the faucet, hold it tightly and release the water, then tap the outside of the lungs while tapping the water, turn off the water and lay the lungs flat when the water can’t get in, tap all of them a few times, release your hand and put the lungs inside Let go of the blood. Repeat N times until the lungs look pale and white.

The washed powder is white and white. Use small-end scissors to cut all the trachea and blood vessels of the lungs. Be sure to cut layer by layer until the very thin edges on the edge can't be cut. Don't miss out.

Put an appropriate amount of water, wine, and ginger, start with a high fire and then a low fire, simmer for 2 hours and it will be OK.

Because I wash it clean, I don’t need to put other seasonings. The heart and lung soup tastes pure.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions and drink while hot.
