Marinated Pig Heart

Wash the pig's heart and wash away the blood

Put the pig's heart into the pot, pour in the Lee Kum Kee marinade, pour 3 times the marinade in water

Add the green onion and sliced ginger

After boiling on high heat, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for 1 hour until cooked. There will be foam when it is just opened. Use a spoon to remove as much as possible.

Tips:
Add water 3 times the amount of marinade, no need to add salt, there is salt in the marinade.
