When I was young, I looked forward to the Chinese New Year the most. Chinese New Year means new clothes, delicious snacks and sweets. Today’s life is like New Year’s Day. If you want something to eat, it is generally easy to satisfy, especially for children nowadays, who are basically responsive.
My child is no exception. In terms of eating, he is basically responsive as long as he is not too outrageous. However, the difference is that the family rarely buys snacks such as cooked food and finished products for him. When he meets what he wants or likes to eat, I will give priority to buying raw materials to go home and do DIY. When he encounters something that he can't do or is difficult, he will only consider buying ready-made ones in order to relieve his hunger.
For this nougat, I tried it before the Spring Festival last year. At that time, I considered making something for him and his friends to taste. I didn’t expect it to be popular after making it. After making it twice, I didn’t continue making it. This is not the Spring Festival soon. I chatted with my friends a few days ago and mentioned that I missed the taste of last year’s nougat. I took advantage of the weekend to make a bit of it. After finishing it, I found that the supply was not enough and the demand was too high. Continue to do it after these few days.

Tips:

1. The roasting time of peanuts can be flexibly adjusted according to the particle size;
2. Keep the fire low while melting the butter and marshmallows;
3. After all the ingredients are mixed well, quickly pour it into the baking pan. After a long time, it will stick to the pan and not easy to pour out.
